ULTIMATE GEN NECROMANCER – SUMMON THE BLASTBONES ARMY – PVP BUILD

This ESO Necromancer build is designed to generate a lot of ultimate so you can use the very expensive “Animate Blastbones” Ultimate. You can use it to either resurrect your teammates or summon 3 Blastbones at once. Overall this build was a ton of fun to play so let’s go over the details.
